• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 1 week of hospitalist on-call coverage every 6 weeks
• On-Call Pay: $12,000 for the week of call
• Salary: $315,000 annually (2,080 hours)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for a 3-year commitment
