Position Overview
A nonprofit health system in Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its hospital-based practice as the sole ENT provider. This is a rare opportunity to build, lead, and grow the ENT service line with full institutional support in a close-knit community.

Practice Highlights

Service Line Leadership: Develop and expand ENT services as the primary otolaryngologist for the hospital

Comprehensive ENT Care: Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions

Diverse Surgical Mix: Perform a variety of ENT procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries, with the opportunity to expand offerings

Collaborative Care Model: Partner with primary care, audiology, speech therapy, and other specialists

Integrated Technology: System-wide Epic EMR for efficient documentation and communication

Strong referral base with experienced clinical and hospital support

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology

Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
