45 Minutes South of Champaign | Flexible Scheduling | High Earning Potential

Permanent, full-time Otolaryngology (ENT) physician position
Seeking board certified or truly board eligible ENT physicians
Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule
Flexible scheduling options including part-time and creative schedules
Call 1:4
Cerner EMR
Current team includes:
- 1 full-time ENT/Laryngologist
- 1 full-time General ENT
- 1 part-time General ENT
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
Opportunity to add and supervise a dedicated APP as the practice grows
W2 position only
No visa sponsorship available
Open to 2027 and beyond candidates

$900,000 base salary + RVU production
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$100,000 retention bonus
