• 5–7 Patients Per Shift

• 12 Beds in Facility

• Admissions Required (6 or fewer per shift)

• Assigned & Unassigned Patients

• 100% Call Back

• 15-Minute Call Response Time Required

• Facility will accept multiple providers

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible – Orthopedic Surgery

• Active Arizona License – Required

• Active DEA – Required

• IMLC Accepted

• EMR: Athena / Medhost

This is a consistent, ongoing orthopedic opportunity with manageable volumes and full call-back coverage in a Level IV trauma facility.
