- High-acuity trauma
- Obstetrics (OB)
- Major spine procedures
- General surgery
- Vascular surgery

- Urology
- Gastrointestinal procedures
- Manageable, equitable call rotation
- Flexible FTE options
- Up to 16 weeks of vacation depending on FTE structure
- Eight weeks vacation annually (based on FTE)

- $20,000 starting bonus
