Required Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified – General Anesthesiology

Practice Setting
Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across:

• Level I Trauma Center
• Level III Trauma Center
• Outpatient Surgical Center

Case Mix Includes

• High-acuity trauma
• Obstetrics (OB)
• Major spine procedures
• General surgery
• Vascular surgery
• Thoracic surgery
• Orthopedics
• ENT
• Gynecology
• Urology
• Gastrointestinal procedures

Call & Schedule

• Manageable, equitable call rotation
• Flexible FTE options
• Up to 16 weeks of vacation depending on FTE structure
• Eight weeks vacation annually (based on FTE)

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive base salary
• $20,000 starting bonus
• Quality Incentive Bonus – Up to $30,000 annually
• Additional income opportunities via extra shifts
• Relocation package may be available
• Paid malpractice coverage
