Inpatient Psychiatrist – Naples, Florida

Permanent, full-time opportunity
Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Adult inpatient psychiatry and detox services
Open to discussing schedule; ideal full-time schedule is Monday–Friday plus two weekend days per month
Compensation:
- Full-time: $280,000–$350,000 to start, with higher compensation available for a Medical Director role
- Part-time options may be considered and would be prorated
Hiring 1–2 psychiatrists
Current census in the 40s, with anticipated growth to the 80s
Must be comfortable collaborating with and supervising APPs
