Licensure & Certification Requirements (Hard Stops)

• CRNA Certification – Required
• Active RN License – Required
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
• Must maintain active board certification (no lapsed certifications)

Candidate Restrictions

• Not accepting new graduate candidates
• Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
• Not open to candidates commuting more than 1 hour
• Not open to providers working concurrent jobs
• Not open to alternate shift requests outside posted schedule

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care (inpatient + multi-site)
• Preoperative assessments and anesthesia planning
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Intraoperative monitoring and management
• Post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
• Documentation in EPIC EMR
• Ensure compliance with credentialing, QA, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with staffing coverage during shortages
