1. Assistant Facility Medical Director 
Belleville, IL

Step into a key leadership role as an Assistant Facility Medical Director and help guide a team of dedicated professionals committed to clinical excellence and high-quality patient care.

As an AFMD, you will work alongside facility leadership to drive operational success, mentor clinicians, and support quality initiatives — all while maintaining clinical responsibilities.

2. Medical Director of Anesthesia

We are seeking an experienced, board-certified anesthesiologist to lead our clinical team as Medical Director. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on clinical oversight, program development, quality improvement, and relationship building across hospital departments and executive leadership.

This is a true lifestyle leadership position with average work weeks under 40 hours, post-call days off, and low callback.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all clinical operations

4. Anesthesiologist

Unique 3-Part Rotation Schedule:

  • 17 weeks of day-only clinical responsibilities

  • 17 weeks of call from home (starts at 5 PM; no daytime duties)

  • 17 weeks completely off (PTO)

This rotation provides maximum flexibility while maintaining strong income potential.

Practice Details:

  • Mostly ambulatory case mix (orthopedics and general surgery)

  • Low-volume OB (CRNAs place epidurals)

  • General and OB cases across all age groups (no high-risk pediatrics)

  • Limited callback from home

  • 1:2 and 1:3 CRNA supervision model

  • Two physicians covering five locations during daytime operations
