Schedule & Productivity
  • wRVU-based productivity model
  • Productivity rate: $60.00 per wRVU
  • Target productivity: At or above the 65th percentile (blended survey data)

Compensation Overview
Year 1
  • Base Salary: $475,000
  • Signing Bonus: Up to $60,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000
  • Loan Assistance: $33,333
  • Total Compensation Potential: $578,333

Year 2
  • Base Salary: $475,000
  • Loan Assistance: $33,333
  • Total Compensation Potential: $508,333

Year 3
  • Base Salary: $336,288
  • Estimated RVU Productivity Bonus: $202,392
  • Quality Bonus Potential: Up to $58,357 ($6.50 per wRVU)

    (Between 75th–90th percentile compensation)
Blended Survey 90th Percentile Compensation: $750,557

Additional Incentives
  • Early Productivity Bonus: $10,000 if the 65th percentile RVU threshold is reached within the first 6 months
  • Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000
    • $33,333 paid at the end of each contract year

Resident Incentive
  • Residency Stipend: Up to $2,000 per month
  • Maximum: $32,000 total
  • Paid monthly beginning at contract execution until start date

Licensing
  • Tennessee medical license required (or ability to obtain)

Certifications & Credentials
  • Must maintain eligibility for Board Certification in Otolaryngology
  • Board Certification required by the end of the initial 3-year contract term
  • Certifying body: American Board of Otolaryngology
