Compensation & Incentives

Base salary range: $600,000 – $661,000
-
$100,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment

Regional retention incentive

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training
Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors.

The client is a multi-specialty physician network employing more than 50 physicians and 20+ advanced practice providers, with 12 locations across the region. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the local hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
