Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Roswell, NM

This full-time (4 days/week) role offers flexibility, autonomy, and excellent earning potential while rounding in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on health management

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per regulations

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in New Mexico with DEA

• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred (new grads welcome)

• Strong clinical foundation and excellent communication skills
