• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Half a day per week administrative time
• Outpatient only
• Call for office patients only
• Hiring due to growth
• Multiple office locations in the Greenville area
• Supervision of APPs is optional
• Hospitalists manage inpatient admissions
• Seeking physicians interested in long-term commitment and potential ownership

Organization Information:

• Shareholders receive 100% of profit (no cap)
• Salaries at or above 90th percentile after 2 years
• Partnership track: 2–4 years (as early as 2 years) with $15K stock buy-in
• Employed model also available
• Non-shareholders: base salary + up to 50% profit bonus after goals met
• Salary growth tied to practice profitability
• Optional real estate ownership with no buy-in for shareholders
• Medical insurance with low copays
• Dental, life, and long-term disability provided
• 401k: 50% match on first 3%, 100% match on 4–6%
