Northern New Hampshire – Primary Care Medical Director Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
• Full-time permanent opportunity with leadership responsibilities
• Split role: 16 hours/week Medical Director + 24 hours/week Primary Care
• 20–24 patients per day in outpatient setting
• EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
• Community call (including nursing home patients) – TBD
• Must have at least 5 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Ideal candidate is interested in long-term commitment (5–10 years)

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for physician practices
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, operations, and integration
• Ensure quality of care, regulatory compliance, and provider performance
• Mentor providers and coordinate medical staff education
• Participate in committees, quality initiatives, and ACO/value-based programs
• Act as EMR superuser and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with recruitment, provider relations, and patient satisfaction efforts

Organization Information:

• Competitive base salary + productivity incentives
