Schedule & Coverage

Clinic and call schedule
Call includes both weekday and weekend coverage
45-minute call response time

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Facility size: 44 beds
Patient volume: ~10 patients per shift

Call & Patient Load:

Average call patients seen: 3
Admissions: ~1 per call shift
Call-back rate: ~10%

Responsibilities Include:

Performing interventional cardiology procedures
Managing inpatient and outpatient cardiology cases
Admissions and consults
Providing care for assigned and unassigned patients

Support & Technology

Collaborative clinical team environment
Hospital stroke-certified facility

Technology:

EMR: Cerner (hospital), Athena (clinic)

Requirements

Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology – required
Fellowship trained – required
Active Arizona license or IMLC – required
ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications – required
