Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
Center Medical Director opportunity
No previous leadership experience required
Outpatient only
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No call required
Average 20 patients per day
Adults only - no pediatrics
Work alongside physicians and advanced practice providers
Due to patient population, must be bilingual in Spanish
Combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities
Lead and mentor physicians and clinical staff
Collaborate with regional leadership to implement clinical strategies and best practices
Monitor quality metrics, clinical outcomes, patient growth, and utilization
Participate in quality assurance and medical documentation review
Promote evidence-based medicine and clinical innovation
Assist with workflow optimization, scheduling, and operational improvements
Help drive clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and organizational growth

Organization Information:

Base salary: $260,000
Incentive bonus eligibility up to $36,000 annually
Malpractice insurance fully paid
