Wadena, Minnesota – CRNA Opportunity (1099 Contractor)

• Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Two role options available (Chief CRNA or Staff CRNA)

Option 1: Chief CRNA (Leadership Role)

• Blend of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities
• Oversee daily anesthesia operations and team coordination
• Involved in scheduling, communication, and quality initiatives
• Work closely with hospital leadership and operational teams
• Ideal for candidates seeking leadership with work-life balance

Compensation & Schedule:

• $385,000 as a 1099 independent contractor
• $30,000 stipend
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
• 13 weeks off annually
• Call: Every 3rd night and every 4th weekend

Option 2: Staff CRNA

• Focus on clinical care in a supportive, team-based environment
• Strong collaboration across anesthesia providers and surgical teams
• Consistent schedule with built-in extended time off
• Ideal for those seeking stability and work-life balance

Compensation & Schedule:

• $385,000 as a 1099 independent contractor
