Clinical Role
Provide 24-hour urology coverage in a hospital-based setting with regional call responsibilities. This float pool opportunity includes on-site patient care in Chambersburg with additional phone coverage for surrounding facilities.
Start Date:
- September 1 (7:00 AM) – September 8 (7:00 AM)
- November 16 (7:00 AM) – November 23 (7:00 AM)
Assignment Length: PRN / As Needed
Position Highlights:
- 24-hour call coverage (hospital and surgical)
- Float pool role with regional call responsibilities
- On-site care in Chambersburg with phone consults for nearby facilities
- No APP support
- PRN coverage approximately every 12–14 weeks
Schedule & Coverage
- 24-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Coverage blocks as listed above
- Ongoing PRN need (approximately every 12–14 weeks)
- Estimated callback: 10–12 hours per day
Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Setting: Hospital
Patient Population: All urologic patients
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing 24-hour urology call coverage
- Managing inpatient consults and surgical cases
- Seeing patients on-site in Chambersburg
- Handling phone consults from Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and affiliated medical center
- Managing full scope of urologic conditions independently
Procedures:
- Full scope of urology procedures as needed

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology – required
- Active Pennsylvania license – required (IMLC accepted)
