Availability & Schedule
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Hours: Part-time or full-time
- Evenings/Weekends: None
- Practice Setting: Primarily outpatient; rotating inpatient/ED consults possible
Licenses & Certifications
- Required: MD degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Preferred:
- ABPP certification
- Child/adolescent psychiatry certification
- Other: Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice
Practice Specifics
- Join a professional, patient-centered, and compassionate Behavioral Health team
- Team includes: physicians, psychologists, NPs, clinical social workers, psychiatric PAs, nurses, and support staff
- Focus on integrated mental health services across general health settings
- Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychiatric evaluations and health screenings
- Prescribing, managing, and monitoring psychopharmacologic medications
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring when needed
- Managing patients with complex medical and mental health comorbidities
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
