• Call Schedule: 1:4 (Clinic + In-House Hospital Call)

• Board Certified / Board Eligible (OB/GYN): Required

• Beds: 128-bed community hospital
• Women’s Center Features:
  • 6 LDR rooms
  • 2 C-section suites
  • 3 PACU bays
  • 18 postpartum rooms
  • Level II Special Care Nursery (5 bays)
• NICU: Level II
• Support Coverage:
  • MFM available 24/7
  • Intensivist available 24/7
• Technology & Equipment:
  • Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System
  • Epic EMR + AI scribe (Ambience)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $350,000+
• Base salary + wRVU incentives
