A well-established healthcare provider in Northern California is seeking skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologists (ENT Physicians) to join a growing, collaborative practice. Physicians work alongside a large network of experienced providers committed to excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience.
 
Location

This opportunity is based in Santa Rosa, located in Sonoma County, approximately one hour north of San Francisco. The region offers a unique blend of community-focused living and access to a vibrant, innovation-driven metropolitan area. Known for its scenic landscapes, mild climate, and world-renowned wine country, the area provides abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation, cultural experiences, and weekend travel to nearby mountains and coastal destinations.
 
Practice Details
 
Long-standing otolaryngology practice serving the community for over 40 years
Team includes four otolaryngologists and two audiologists
Largest and longest-running ENT group in coastal Northern California within its region
Highly collaborative environment across clinic and surgical settings
Physicians typically spend:
1–2 days per week in the operating room
2–3 days per week in clinic
Opportunity to pursue subspecialty interests while providing comprehensive ENT care
Practice operates from a single location near downtown Santa Rosa
Affiliated with local hospitals and surgery centers, providing both outpatient and inpatient services
Shared call schedule (approximately 1:5)
 
 
Position Summary
 
Full-time Otolaryngologist position
Opportunity to help expand and grow the practice
Strong referral base and established patient volume
Collaborative team environment with a focus on physician satisfaction and patient outcomes
 
Qualifications
 
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
Board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology (must obtain certification within 2 years if eligible)
Eligible for medical licensure in California
Commitment to high standards in patient care and experience
Interest in general otolaryngology; subspecialty focus welcomed but not required
Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
