Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Full-time position
• Join a Hospital Medicine/Critical Care team in an inpatient setting
• Primary focus on patient admissions and management of complex medical cases
• Collaboration with remote ICU intensivists
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (nocturnist role)
• Work alongside hospitalist physicians in a team-based environment
• Candidates must be comfortable with high patient volumes
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills required
• Robust onboarding, training, and formal mentorship program provided

Responsibilities:

• Manage admissions and inpatient care
• Perform typical ICU procedures
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and intensivists

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• AHA-approved BLS certification required
• Active Michigan license or ability to obtain
• Inpatient experience strongly preferred - no new grads
