• Practice: Established private group covering two hospital campuses
• Hospitals Covered: Albany and Troy
• Operating Rooms: 30
• Schedule: Variable shifts — 8, 10, or 12 hours
• Call: 1:5 rotation; first call every 8th night; no second call
• Case Volume: 6–8 cardiac cases per day
• Patient Demographic: Primarily adult and geriatric; some pediatric cases

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Anesthesiology
• Must be ECHO Board Certified and/or completed a Cardiac Fellowship
• Open to H-1B visa candidates; J-1 waivers not accepted
• No locum candidates
• No lapsed Board Certification accepted
• Will NOT supervise CRNAs

Clinical Role Highlights

• Provide anesthesia for cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve replacements, complex cardiac cases) and vascular cases
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, nursing, and healthcare teams
• Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative cardiac patient care
• Contribute to protocol development and practice improvements
• No OB or trauma anesthesia cases
