• Call: 1:10 rotation
  • Additional inpatient call only when inpatient providers are off

Licensure & Credentialing Requirements

• Board Certification: Required OR truly Board Eligible (Endocrinology)
• Board Status: Must be current (no lapsed certification accepted)
• New York Medical License: Required or ability to obtain
• DEA: Required

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced candidates preferred
• Open to 2025 graduates and recent grads working toward BC
• Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 waivers not accepted)
• No locum candidates

Clinical Role Overview

• Primarily outpatient endocrinology practice
• Diagnose, treat, and manage:
  • Diabetes
  • Endocrine and metabolic disorders
• Provide long-term patient management and follow-up care
• Participate in limited inpatient coverage as needed

• Multidisciplinary team including:
  • Endocrinologists
  • Advanced Practice Providers
  • Certified Diabetes Educators
• Advanced diabetes care technology:
  • Insulin pump and sensor downloads
  • Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
• Comprehensive services:
  • Complication screening and prevention
  • Medication management
  • Foot care
  • Smoking cessation
  • Onsite HbA1c testing
  • Weight management and nutrition counseling
  • Diabetes education and support programs

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary
• $35,000 sign-on bonus
• $15,000 retention bonus (2-year commitment)
• Relocation allowance (reimbursement-based, distance-dependent)
