- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4 or 5-day workweek | No weekends

- Phone: 1x every ~70 days (RN triage first call)
- Telemedicine: 2–3 hours, 1 weekend every ~3 months

Licensure & Certification Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
- Lapsed board certification not accepted
- Must be eligible for New York medical license
- Experienced physicians preferred
Availability & Commitment
- Available to start upon credentialing
- Seeking long-term commitment
- Open to candidates interested in a full-time outpatient role with shared call
Clinical Scope
- Full-spectrum primary care (pediatrics through geriatrics)
- Chronic disease management
- Acute care and injury treatment
- Preventive services:
- Routine exams
- Cancer screenings
- Immunizations
- Lifestyle counseling
Practice Environment
- Collaborative model with Advanced Practice Provider
- Physician-led governance

Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary
- Productivity incentives starting day one
