Clinical Scope
- Full-spectrum outpatient primary care (all ages)
- Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Average 18–24 patients per day
Practice Environment
- Physician-led, team-based care model
- Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- RN triage support for call
- Established, patient-centered outpatient practice
