Family Medicine Physician – Saratoga Springs, NY

Quick Screening Snapshot

  • Start Date: Upon credentialing
  • Schedule: 4 or 5-day workweek | 40 hours/week (34 patient-facing) | No in-office weekends
  • Call: Low volume
    • Phone-only: ~1 in 70 days (RN triage first call)
    • Telemedicine: 2–3 hours on a weekend every ~3 months
  • Setting: 100% outpatient
  • Patient Volume: 18–24 per day

Licensure & Certification Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (required)
  • Lapsed board certification not accepted
  • Must be eligible for New York medical license

Availability & Commitment

  • Available to start upon credentialing
  • Seeking long-term commitment
  • Not considering long-distance commuting arrangements

Clinical Scope

  • Full-spectrum outpatient primary care (all ages)
  • Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
  • Average 18–24 patients per day

Practice Environment

  • Physician-led, team-based care model
  • Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  • RN triage support for call
  • Established, patient-centered outpatient practice

Compensation & Incentives
