- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32+ patient-facing hours)
- Call: Yes (practice + inpatient oncology coverage)

- Setting: Primarily outpatient + minimal inpatient rounding
- Patient Volume: 15–25 per day | ~1200 new cancer cases/year

Licensure & Certification Requirements
- Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology (required)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BC strongly preferred)
- Lapsed board certification not accepted
- Must be eligible for South Carolina medical license
Availability & Commitment
- Available to start ASAP
- Must reside locally (relocation required if not local)
- Not open to commuters or secondary employment
- Seeking long-term commitment
Clinical Scope
- Outpatient Hematology/Oncology care
- Limited inpatient rounding responsibilities
- Manage oncology patient population with full support services
- Average 15–25 patients per day
Practice Environment
- Solo provider initially (until additional physician hired)
- Rebuilding/growth-phase practice
- State-of-the-art cancer center (accredited since 1984)
- On-site radiation oncology
- 24-bay infusion center with pharmacist
