Overview
A growing, mission-driven radiology group under new leadership is seeking board-certified or board-eligible radiologists to join a high-acuity, collaborative practice serving a clinically complex and diverse urban population. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of pathology across multiple hospital settings, supported by a strong teaching culture and advanced technology.
Practice Environment
Multi-site urban health system including Level I, II, and III trauma centers, as well as tertiary academic and community hospitals
High-acuity emergency radiology practice with broad case diversity
Median daily volume of approximately 100–110 cases per shift
Access to an integrated technology platform enabling seamless case assignment, image sharing, and real-time collaboration
Teaching & Collaboration
Active participation in an ACGME-accredited residency program with 6 residents per year
1:1 resident pairing during emergency department shifts
Opportunities to contribute to medical education, mentorship, and quality initiatives
Scheduling & Flexibility
Multiple 8-hour shift options (Days, Mids, Evenings, Nights)
Flexible scheduling models including traditional and week-on/week-off structures
Predictable scheduling with shifts posted 90 days in advance
Remote and hybrid reading options available across all shift types
Customizable FTE options ranging from 0.6 to 1.0
Candidate Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Radiology
Fellowship training or demonstrated expertise in one or more radiology subspecialties preferred
Commitment to high-quality patient care, resident education, and teamwork
