Practice Details
- Services include: Primary Care, Urgent Care, X-Ray, Lab, Occupational Health
- Patient Population: All ages; preventive care, acute/chronic disease management
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1:10 with nurse triage line support
- Collaborative team with access to other specialties, imaging, and full-service labs
Requirements
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Completion of an ACGME-approved residency
- Michigan medical license or eligibility + Controlled Substance License
