We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to join a large multispecialty group in the Bronx. This is an outpatient primary care opportunity with no call and no inpatient responsibilities.
Candidates must have prior primary care experience to be considered. H1B visa sponsorship available.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, hyperlipidemia, and other common primary care diagnoses
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Administer immunizations and preventive health screenings
- Provide counseling on diet, exercise, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Refer patients to specialists within the network when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult-Gerontology)
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Prior primary care experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- EMR/EHR experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Competitive salary range: $135,000–$150,000 annually
