- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pediatric critical care physician
- Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join a rapidly growing, high-performing CTICU team
- Since establishing the CTICU in 2019, the program has developed into one of the most disciplined, outcomes-focused pediatric cardiac programs in the region, with top-tier complication and infection metrics nationally

CTICU / Program Highlights:
- Dedicated 8-bed CTICU with expansion capability to 15 beds
- Admission-to-discharge model managing complex cardiothoracic surgical and medical cardiac patients
- Advanced congenital surgical program
- Active ECMO and mechanical circulatory support programs
- Adult congenital heart program
- True multidisciplinary integration (surgery, cardiology, anesthesia, perfusion)

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and/or Pediatric Cardiology with advanced cardiac critical care training or extensive experience
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship experience caring for neonates and children with complex congenital and acquired heart disease, including postoperative care
- Pediatric ECMO experience required
- Strong clinical expertise in cardiac critical care
