Position Overview
An established and growing physician group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to develop and build a thriving practice in a modern, well-equipped hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong administrative and clinical support.
Practice Details
Full-time, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Call schedule with additional compensation
Join a group of 16 providers covering four facilities
Opportunity to build and grow your own patient panel
Facility Highlights
This is a 218-bed acute care hospital offering a wide range of services and specialties, including:
18-bed Level III NICU
24-bed Intensive Care Unit
10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit with 3 C-section rooms
150 adult beds across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedic/Neurosurgery, and
Progressive Care Units
Surgical Services include:
8 operating rooms
4 endoscopy suites
Dedicated Pre-Operative Testing Center
Recent expansions and investments include:
30-bed Progressive Care Unit
Advanced catheterization lab with biplane technology
Expanded NICU capacity
Enhanced obstetrics emergency and surgical services
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Active Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
ERCP required
EUS preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed base salary with productivity (wRVU) bonus
Additional call pay
