Position Overview
An established, high-volume women’s health practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a large, well-integrated clinical team in El Paso, Texas. This is an opportunity to join one of the most established OB/GYN groups in the region, offering strong subspecialty support, protected call structure, and excellent work-life balance in a high-demand market.
Practice Environment
This is a mature, physician-led group consisting of:
19 OB/GYN physicians
3 Urogynecology subspecialists
3 advanced practice providers
The practice includes a fully integrated OB Hospitalist program that manages triage and emergency department OB coverage, allowing physicians to focus on their own patient panels without unassigned ER call responsibilities.
Additional clinical and academic opportunities include:
Optional teaching of medical students and residents
Collaborative, team-based care model with subspecialty support
Clinical Highlights
Full-time employed position
Approximately 10–15 deliveries per month initially
30–35 outpatient visits per day on non-surgical days
Rotating weekday and weekend call limited to established patient pool
OB Hospitalist team provides in-house triage and backup support
Facility Overview
The practice operates within a modern, full-service hospital environment featuring:
218 inpatient beds
Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (18 beds)
Dedicated Labor & Delivery unit (10 beds)
3 operating rooms for C-sections
Comprehensive surgical and maternity services
Additional Highlights
No unassigned ER OB call

Visa support available (J-1 and H-1B accepted)
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Spanish language proficiency preferred (not required)
