Position Highlights
Full-time, employed role within a physician-led organization
Opportunity to practice full-scope urology
Access to multiple da Vinci robotic surgical systems
Dedicated cystoscopy suite
6 main operating rooms with 24/7 anesthesia coverage
Strong referral network and high patient demand
Part of one of the largest multi-specialty groups in the region with extensive market presence
Supportive infrastructure focused on quality care and operational efficiency
Over 50 patient access points and a growing regional and national footprint
Candidate Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Eligible for or currently holding an active Texas medical license
Both experienced physicians and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed base salary with productivity-based bonus potential
Paid time off (PTO) and CME allowance with stipend
