Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join a well-established surgical group. This role offers a balanced practice with a strong outpatient focus, supported by inpatient consults as needed. The position provides access to a modern surgical facility within a growing, high-demand community.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday–Friday work schedule
1–2 dedicated surgical days per week
Majority of cases are outpatient with inpatient consults as needed
Call schedule: 1:4 (vascular call coverage based on volume and surgical demand)
Average clinic volume: 10–15 patients per day
Average procedural volume: 8–10 procedures per week
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care, including elective and urgent procedures
Manage outpatient and inpatient vascular cases as needed
Participate in call rotation for vascular surgical coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one

The hospital is a 218-bed facility featuring:
18-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit with 3 C-section rooms
24-bed Intensive Care Unit
150 adult beds across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedic/Neurosurgery, and
Progressive Care units
Surgical services include:
8 operating rooms
4 endoscopy rooms
Pre-Operative Testing Center supporting multiple specialties
