Destin/Fort Walton Beach – Florida Panhandle (Emerald Coast) – Primary Care Physician

• Seeking multiple board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians
• Multiple clinic locations available: Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Niceville, and DeFuniak Springs – you will work at one site only
• Full-time position
• Opportunity for teaching at the Fort Walton Beach location (residency program) with additional compensation if desired
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (must work five days per week)
• Outpatient only
• Adults only
• See approximately 24 patients per day
• Standard schedule: 15-minute visits; 30 minutes for new patients
• Walk-in patient care included
• Most Nurse Practitioners practice autonomously
• NP supervision stipend (if required): $1,000 per month per NP
• Rotating phone call (very rare) – nurse line handles calls; only contacted for severe emergencies
• Access to fully functioning immediate care for referrals
• EMR: Athena
• No visa sponsorship available

About the Client:

• Independent physician group (not hospital or private equity owned)
• Serving the Emerald Coast for over 75 years
• Offers multiple specialties and an on-site ambulatory surgery center
• Six clinic locations across Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre, and Niceville
• Compensation:
  • Base salary: $220,000–$250,000
  • On-target earnings: ~$350,000
  • Many physicians earning in the $400,000+ range
