• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Emergency Medicine physician
• Full-time position
• Join an Emergency Medicine team of 30+ physicians and APPs in an integrated department
• Opportunities for administrative and quality involvement in EMS, Ultrasound, International EM, Wilderness Medicine, and Quality/Patient Safety
• Family Medicine residents rotate through the ER
• Nocturnist role (overnight shifts) with significant shift and pay differential
• Strong scheduling flexibility for nocturnists

Schedule Options:

• Regular schedule: 32 or 28 hours per week, including 2 weekends per month
• Option A: 28 hours/week working 1 weekend
• Option B: 24 hours/week working 2 weekends

Requirements:

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent
• Completion of Emergency Medicine residency
• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
• Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts license
• Coverage split between two local hospitals based on need and preference
• EMR: Meditech
• H1 visa sponsorship available

About the Client:

• Base salary range: $200–$300 per hour (excluding bonuses and benefits)
• Final compensation based on experience, training, and internal equity
• Serving 13 cities and towns throughout the Merrimack Valley
