- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
- Full-time position
- Provide full-scope primary care including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and coordination of care
- Deliver comprehensive care across preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
- Perform age-appropriate screenings and immunizations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients through exams, histories, diagnostics, and medication management
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular disease)
- Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality, compassion, and health equity
- Coordinate care across specialties, hospitals, and ancillary services
- Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers
- Adhere to evidence-based guidelines, quality measures, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence efforts
- Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- DEA registration and hospital privileges eligibility
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Commitment to equitable, high-quality care
- EMR: Meditech

About the Client:
- Base salary: $117.49–$129.86/hour (excluding bonuses and benefits)
- Final compensation based on experience, training, and internal equity
