Critical Requirements (All Required at Submission)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – REQUIRED
• Rheumatology Fellowship – REQUIRED
• Active Minnesota (MN) License or IMLC – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• EMR: EPIC experience – REQUIRED

Availability

• Start: June 1, 2026
• Duration: Ongoing
• Priority Coverage Needs:
  • Remaining weeks in June, July, and August
  • Already filled: June 15, June 22, August 17, August 24
• Potential for extension beyond initial months

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No holidays
• No call

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Rheumatology

Patient Volume

• 14–16 patients per day
