Clinical Role:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner
- Multispecialty group setting
- Nursing home-based ENT (otolaryngology) care
- Must have at least 6 months of ENT experience
- H1B visa sponsorship available
- J1 Waiver and CONRAD 30 candidates welcome
- Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)
Position Overview:
- Provide advanced specialty care in ENT/otolaryngology
- Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Focus on diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of ENT conditions
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical exams and obtain medical histories
- Diagnose ENT conditions and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care
- Counsel and educate patients on treatment and prevention
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Participate in outreach and wellness education initiatives
- Assist in ENT-related procedures and surgical cases
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
- Active New York NP license required
- ENT experience required (minimum 6 months)
- Proficiency in ENT procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $135,000–$150,000 annually
