Clinical Role:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner
- Multispecialty group setting
- Nursing home-based podiatry care
- Must have at least 6 months of podiatric medicine experience
- H1B visa sponsorship available
- J1 Waiver and CONRAD 30 candidates welcome
- Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide podiatric consults in long-term care facilities
- Assess and manage foot and ankle conditions (diabetic complications, ulcers, nail disorders, infections)
- Perform nail care, callus reduction, and minor procedures
- Evaluate gait abnormalities and foot deformities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prevent falls and complications
- Educate patients and caregivers on foot hygiene and prevention
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted NP license
- DEA required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (LTC/SNF preferred; hospital/outpatient considered)
- Podiatry experience preferred (training available if needed)
- EMR familiarity preferred (Sigma, Visual, PCC – training available)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $130,000–$150,000 annually
