Permanent, full-time position
Seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
See approximately 20–22 patients per day
Value-based care model with monthly patient visits
Small patient panels (typically 350–450 patients per physician)
On-call limited to your own patient panel
Typically no APP supervision required
Patient population: Medicare Advantage, age 65+ (average 71–72)
Focus on geriatric primary care and chronic disease management
Minimal to no pediatric population
EMR: proprietary platform
No 2026 or 2027 residents
No visa sponsorship available
