• Clinic Hours:
  • Tuesday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Provider Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on lunch preference)
• Candidate Preference: Local providers only

Licenses & Certifications

• Iowa Dental License: Preferred (active)
• Medicaid Enrollment: Required – Must already be enrolled or willing to enroll
• Experience: New graduates welcome

Practice Details

• Location: Des Moines, IA
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Specialty: General Dentistry (Endodontists will also be considered)
• EMR: Denticon (Planet DDS)
• Support Staff: 2 Dental Assistants, Hygienist, and Front Desk

Patient Details

• Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Daily Volume:
  • Approximately 9 treatment patients per day
  • Approximately 12 exams per day (varies based on procedures)

Requirements

• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages
  • Providers who are not comfortable treating children 4–5 years old and younger may still be considered.
