Bronx, New York – Part-Time Non-Invasive Cardiologist Opportunity

Clinical Role:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiologist
100% outpatient position at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), serving a diverse, community-based patient population
Focus on ruling out coronary artery disease and other cardiac conditions in a non-acute setting

Clinical Scope:
Manage stable patients presenting with chest pain, palpitations, and shortness of breath
Perform initial cardiac evaluations and determine appropriate next steps
Order follow-up diagnostics, including stress tests, echocardiograms, and Holter monitors (testing performed off-site)
Optional: At the provider’s discretion, the cardiologist may refer patients to their own practice for stress tests, echocardiograms, etc.

Support & Tools:
On-site EKG available at the point of care
Dedicated medical assistant for day-to-day clinical support
Virtual note-taking/documentation support via SUKI AI
Collaborative, team-based environment with strong emphasis on continuity of care

Schedule & Locations:
Part-time schedule: one 8-hour day per week
Split between two clinic locations approximately seven minutes apart

Volume & Compensation:
Average of 20 patients per day
Hourly compensation in the $180–$200 range, negotiable based on experience and fit
