Primary Care Physician Opportunity – San Antonio, Texas

Position Details

• Full-time schedule (5 days/week)
• In-person rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Locations include San Antonio, Kirby, Mission, and South San Antonio, TX
• Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS)
• Estimated annual compensation range: $198,416 – $234,099
• No cap on productivity income potential

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Texas physician license and DEA
• Experience in post-acute care, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred, but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of healthcare regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
