• Labor & Delivery Beds: 10
• Postpartum Beds: 14
• Patient Population: Adults
• Average deliveries per 24 hours: 1–2
• Average clinic patients per day: 1–2

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Rounding and admissions
• Vaginal deliveries
• C-section assists
• Management of laboring patients
• Labor inductions
• L&D triage
• FSE placement
• IUPC placement
• Vaginal laceration repair (Grade 1 & 2 perineal lacerations)

Practice Environment:

• Provider may work independently/solo
• Coverage includes both clinic and hospital privileges

Candidate Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Midwife – Required
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Must provide case logs/documentation of OB/GYN clinical activity within previous 24 months reflective of requested privileges
• Comfortable independently managing labor & delivery patients

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active Washington License – Required at time of presentation
• BLS or ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross) – Required
• DEA – Not required/not specified
