Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Facility: Ambulatory Clinic 
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: July 20, 2026 (onboarding during the week of July 13)

Opportunity Highlights

• Ambulatory oncology setting
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Variety of oncologic disease states
• Duties include:
  • Overseeing treatments
  • New consults and follow-ups
  • Treatment planning and status checks
  • Tumor conference participation
• Required procedures:
  • SBRT
  • IMRT
  • 3D radiation therapy
  • SRS
• EMR system: Epic
• Support staff includes:
  • 1 RN
  • 4 Radiation Therapists
  • 2 Medical Physicists
  • 3 Dosimetrists
• Reason for coverage: Provider resignation

Candidate Requirements / Notes

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
• Active State License – Required
• Residency/Fellowship training – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• DEA License – Required
• ACLS – Nice to Have
• PALS – Nice to Have
• NRP – Nice to Have
