- Management of critically ill and premature newborns
- Neonatal intensive care coverage

- Participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Resident supervision and teaching responsibilities
- Collaborative multidisciplinary neonatal care
Team Structure
- 9 Neonatologists
- 8 experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
