Practice Details

NICU Environment

  • Level III NICU with 10 beds
  • Approximately 1,000 annual births
  • 20-bed newborn unit
  • Renovated, state-of-the-art facility

Clinical Responsibilities

  • NICU and newborn rounding
  • Management of critically ill and premature infants
  • Neonatal admissions and stabilization
  • Ongoing neonatal patient management
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Evidence-based neonatal care delivery

Team Structure

  • 3-physician neonatology staffing model
  • Daily Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) support
  • Strong nursing and APP collaboration
