- 16-bed Level III NICU
- Average daily census: 7–8 NICU patients
- Over 1,100 annual deliveries
- High-risk delivery coverage included
Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive neonatal intensive care
- Management of critically ill and premature newborns
- Attendance at high-risk deliveries
- Newborn nursery coverage
- Family-centered neonatal care
- Participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

- Collaboration with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
- Multidisciplinary neonatal care environment
