Clinical Responsibilities

  • Advanced neonatal care for high-acuity newborns
  • NICU admissions, monitoring, and stabilization
  • Newborn nursery coverage and support
  • Continuity of care from admission through discharge
  • Comprehensive neonatal assessments and treatment planning
  • Patient-centered care in a community hospital setting

Team Structure

  • Collaborative neonatology physician team
  • Multidisciplinary hospital support teams
  • Strong physician–APP collaboration model

Scheduling

  • Structured shift-based coverage
